3 tablespoons olive oil
6 eggs
1/2-1 tablespoon sumac
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Break the eggs carefully into the pan. (Try not to break the yoke).
  • Sprinkle with sumac, salt, & pepper. Continue to fry the egg until the white part is no longer runny & the yoke is done to your preference.
