Fried Snickers® Bars image

A delicious twist on a classic candy bar! Serve with powdered sugar and whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. For an extra kick, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top. Enjoy!

2 cups vegetable oil, or as needed
¾ cup club soda
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup confectioners' sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 mini chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy bars (such as Snickers®)

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Stir club soda, flour, confectioners' sugar, egg, and vanilla together in a shallow dish until it's like a batter. Dip each candy bar in the batter to coat.
  • Fry candy bars in the hot oil until browned, about 3 minutes.
