This recipe is a great way to use up leftover sage. I always have a bunch of sage in my garden and I'm always looking for new ways to use it.

I couldn't find anchovies, so I used capers instead. It was still delicious!

This dish is a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less anchovies next time.

The fried sage leaves were a bit too oily for my taste, but the anchovies were delicious. I think I'll try this recipe again with less oil.

Absolutely delicious! The combination of crispy sage and salty anchovies is a perfect balance of flavors. I served it over pasta and it was a hit with my family. Definitely a keeper recipe!
