Steps:
- Soak anchovies in cold water for 30 minutes to desalinate them (Longer time in water = less salty). Prepare 8 thin slices of dried tomato in oil (1 slice should be appr. size of anchovy fillet). Whisk the egg, heat the oil slowly over medium. Pack 1 anchovy fillet and 1 tomato slice between 2 sage leaves. Dip this package into whisked egg, then coat with flower. Fry created packages for ~1-2 minutes from each side, until done. Should be served warm.
