The smaller the florets the crispier and yummier! To get even crispier florets, add a couple of teaspoons cornmeal to the batter.

1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon tomato paste
salt to taste

This dish was not to my liking. The cauliflower was too greasy and the spices were overwhelming.

I had some trouble getting the cauliflower to brown. I think I should have cooked it at a higher temperature.

Amazing recipe! The cauliflower was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The spices were perfect and gave the cauliflower a delicious flavor.
