- 1. Cut cauliflower into medium pieces and steam partially through. Mix eggs and milk. Beat slightly. In seperate bowl mix bread crumbs,cheese and salt. Coat cauliflower in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture. Fry turning each piece.
