I'm not a big fan of fish, but I really enjoyed these croquettes. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the breading was crispy and flavorful. I would definitely make these again.

I had some trouble getting the croquettes to brown evenly. I think I might have needed to cook them at a lower temperature.

These croquettes were a bit too bland for my taste. I think I would have preferred them if I had added more herbs and spices to the salmon mixture.

I had some trouble getting the croquettes to hold together. I think I might have overmixed the salmon mixture. Next time, I'll be more careful not to overmix it.

These croquettes were a bit too fishy for my taste. I think I would have preferred them if I had used a different type of fish, such as cod or tilapia.

I followed the recipe exactly, and the croquettes turned out great! They were a little bit dry, but I think that was because I didn't use enough mayonnaise. Next time, I'll add an extra tablespoon or two.

I've made these croquettes several times now, and they're always a crowd-pleaser. They're easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. I like to add a bit of chopped dill and lemon zest to the salmon mixture.
