Fresh Peach Cobbler (Or Berry Cobbler) image

A fabulous cobbler recipe. It is quick to make and delicious every time. If peaches are not in season--it is also wonderful with frozen sliced peaches--just be sure they are thawed through before you put it together and allow more time to cook.

This cobbler was a disappointment. The peaches were mushy and the crust was soggy. I won't be making this again.

I'm not a big fan of cobbler, but this one was really good. The peaches were perfectly ripe and the crust was flaky and buttery.
