Fresh Peach Cobbler image

This is my very favorite summer dessert. I remember as a child, going with my parents to the peach stands and picking out the prettiest peaches...We always ate peaches on the way home and the juice would dribble down our chins...Those were the days...There are still plenty of stands all over the place and now is the time to pick...

I'm not a big fan of cobbler, but this one was really good. The peaches were perfectly sweet and the cobbler topping was crispy and flavorful.

The cobbler topping was a bit too dry for my liking, but the peaches were delicious. I think I would try a different topping next time.

This cobbler was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I would reduce the amount of sugar in the filling next time.
