Fresh Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing image

Dish up this pretty mix of kiwis, blueberries, and other fresh fruits, with frozen limeade the time-saving step for a sweet honey dressing.

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
2 cups fresh blueberries
4 medium peaches, peeled, sliced
4 medium oranges, peeled, sliced
4 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced

Steps:

  • In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Arrange salad ingredients in individual salad bowls. Serve with dressing.
