Fresh Frozen Strawberry Daiquiris, by the Pitcher image

I make this every summer by the pitcher and the neighbors flock to it. You can easily use other frozen fruit in it like peaches or mangos or a combination of any of it. Delicious! Packs a punch, too!

Time 5m

Yield 4 16 oz drinks, 4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

8 cups strawberries, frozen
2 cups bacardi rum
1/2 cup lime juice
1 cup simple syrup

Steps:

  • Measure the 8 cups of frozen strawberries (or peaches or whatever) into a LARGE blender pitcher. (If you don't have a huge blender, just halve the recipe - you'll just be making it more often is all!).
  • Pour in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend until perfectly smooth.
  • Enjoy in a large, fancy glass!
