Time 1h10m

Number Of Ingredients 7

fresh snapped green beans
4 slice bacon
1 small chopped onion
3 Tbsp garlic
3 adobo powder or cajun seesoning
2 boullion cubes
water

Steps:

  • 1. Wash and snap beans.
  • 2. Place chopped onion and cut up bacon into small pieces in deep pot. Cook until bacon is almost done
  • 3. Place clean snapped beans in pot with bacon and onion .. Add enough water to just cover beans and add in bullion and spices to pot .. Mix up.
  • 4. Bring to a boil cover and turn down. To simmer. 30 minutes s if ya like a bit firmer beans I usually do an hour. Then take lid off and let The liquid cook down a bit more for 20 minutes or so. The longer the more the fluid reduces and the flavors bursts.. You can add more season if its not enough at this point after cooking. Easier to add then have to much
