Steps:
- 1. Finely grind orange in processor. (Or chop orange finely.) 2. Combine orange juice, sugar, and lemon juice in large saucepan. 3. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. 4. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. 5. Add ground orange and cranberries and cook until berries begin to pop, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. 6. Remove from heat and cool completely. 7. Refrigerate. Serve cold. Can be prepared up to 4 days ahead.
