Steps:
- Combine brown sugar, melted butter, 1 tsp cinnamon in baking dish (9x13). Add apples, cranberries, raisins. Turn apples over and over to coat with sugar mixture. Arrange slices of bread on top of mixture and apples. Mix eggs and vanilla and 2 tsp cinnamon. Pour over the bread, cover, and refrigerate. Bake covered in foil at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
