Steps:
- 1. Combine first 7 ingredients into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish or 9 X 9 inch baking dish. Cut butter into slices and place on top of rice mixture.
- 2. Place on lid, or cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 3. Remove from oven and stir. Put Into serving bowl.
