French Greek Salad Dressing image

Greek salad dressing has a little too much bite for me, so I added some of the ingredients used in French vinaigrette. This is still fresh and tangy, and a nice dressing for summer salads.

This dressing is a delightful blend of flavors that perfectly complements the fresh vegetables in a Greek salad. It's tangy, herbaceous, and slightly creamy, with a hint of sweetness from the honey. I highly recommend it!
