1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg (beaten)
2 teaspoons shortening (melted)
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Peel and Slice onion 1/4 inch thick.
  • Dip in batter made by ingredients.
  • Fry in 375 degree fat.
  • Until golden brown.
