Steps:
- 1. Blend all ingredients, except nuts or raisins. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts or raisins.
- 2. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
- 4. Top with glaze. Glaze: Stir hot milk or water into confectioner's sugar or drizzle with caramel ice cream topping.
