Freezer Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burritos image

Like most teens, my DD didn't have a lot of time for a healthy breakfast, and at most would just grab a bagel on the way out the door. Since she likes things pretty mild, I came up with these tasty breakfast burritos. They are so easy. She just heats one in the microwave and takes it with her to the bus stop. (Cooking time is for reheating in the microwave)

I would have liked the burritos to be a bit more cheesy. I think I'll add some extra cheese next time.

Overall, I thought these burritos were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either.

I had a hard time getting the burritos to roll up neatly. Maybe I was using too much filling.

These burritos were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some salsa or hot sauce next time.

I've tried a lot of freezer breakfast burrito recipes, but this one is by far the best. The burritos are packed with flavor and they hold up really well in the freezer.
