I'm not a big fan of artichokes, but I thought I would give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The artichokes were actually really good.

I've tried this recipe a few times and I can never get the artichokes to cook evenly. They're always either too hard or too soft.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my artichokes were tough and chewy. I think I might have overcooked them.

The artichokes were a bit bland. I think I would add some more seasoning next time.

These artichokes were a bit too oily for my taste. I think I would try them again with less oil.
