Fluffy Pink Dump Salad image

A.k.a. "Pink Stuff"--only 4 ingredients! This is *SO* easy to make and great for potlucks, barbeques, picnics, family get-togethers, especially in the summer! It's a nice cool, light, sweet side dish or dessert. It's called a "dump salad" because all you have to do is dump the ingredients together and stir. Definitely double the recipe and make a large bowl for a gathering of 20+ people!

I used a sugar-free whipped topping to make this salad a little healthier. It was still delicious and no one even noticed the difference.

I'm not a big fan of marshmallows in salads, but I really liked them in this one. They added a nice chewy texture.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover bits of fruit. I always have a few berries or grapes that are about to go bad, and this is a great way to use them up.

This salad was a hit at my last potluck! Everyone loved the unique color and the combination of flavors. I used a store-bought whipped topping, but I'm sure it would be even better with homemade.
