½ cup white sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 egg yolks, beaten
⅜ cup white sugar

This flan is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I think I'll reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my flan didn't turn out very well. It was a bit too eggy and the caramel sauce was too thick.

This flan is a bit dense, but it's still very good. I think it would be even better if it was a bit lighter and fluffier.
