Fix-It and Forget-It Crockpot White Chili image

I got this recipe out of "Fix-It and Forget-It Cookbook Feasting with your slow cooker" by Dawn J. Ranck and Phyllis Pellman Good. I absolutely love this in the winter. It seems to come out as more of a soup than a chili, and I highly recommend putting in at least one jalapeno because it adds to the flavor.

I found this chili to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices to give it more flavor.

This chili is a bit too spicy for my taste. Next time I'll use less poblano peppers.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made this chili without the chicken. It was still delicious! I added extra beans and vegetables to make up for the lack of meat.

I'm not usually a fan of white chili, but this recipe changed my mind. It's so creamy and flavorful. I loved the addition of the poblano peppers. They gave the chili a nice smoky flavor.
