Five Star House Salad Dressing image

An absolutely delicious salad dressing that is the house dressing at a five star restaurant that shall be left unnamed, I got this from a friend that works there. Very tangy and sweet. Like a creamy raspberry vinaigarette.

This dressing is really good, but it's a bit too expensive for me. I think I'll try making my own version at home.

I'm not a huge fan of vinegar-based dressings, but this one is really good. The honey and Dijon mustard balance out the vinegar nicely.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dressing turned out too thin. I had to add more oil to thicken it up.
