I'm not sure what went wrong, but my chicken came out dry and tough. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

I've tried this marinade with both chicken and tofu, and it works great with both. The tofu absorbs the flavors really well and comes out nice and crispy.

This marinade is a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less soy sauce.

I'm not a huge fan of five-spice powder, but I thought I'd give this marinade a try anyway. I'm glad I did! The flavors are really well-balanced and the chicken came out moist and tender.

I found that the marinade didn't penetrate the chicken very well. I ended up having to marinate it for longer than the recipe called for.

This marinade is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend reducing the amount of brown sugar.

I've tried this marinade with both chicken and pork, and it works beautifully with both. The meat comes out tender and juicy, with a delicious caramelized exterior.

This marinade is a game-changer! The five-spice powder gives the chicken a wonderfully aromatic and flavorful crust, while the soy sauce and rice wine add a lovely depth of flavor.
