Five Fruit Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 cup fresh orange sections
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1 cup cubed fresh pear
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
fresh mint sprigs, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first 8 ingredients in medium bowl; stir mixture well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired.Makes 8 servings. Source: unknown
