Fireworks Spicy Slaw image

This is my favorite slaw recipe. I try to use ingredients that everyone has in there pantry. This is pretty spicy but not overpowering. You can really kick it up with more cayenne and hot sauce. This has a nice balance of spicy and sweet.

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but this slaw was just the right amount of spicy for me. The sweetness of the pineapple and carrots balanced out the heat perfectly.
