I'm not a huge fan of chicken tetrazzini, but this recipe changed my mind. The sauce is so creamy and flavorful, and the chicken is cooked perfectly.

I love that this dish can be made in the crock pot. It's so easy to throw everything in the pot in the morning and have dinner ready when I get home from work.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I had some roasted chicken from dinner the night before, and it worked perfectly in this dish.

I made a few substitutions to the recipe, but it still turned out great. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs, and I added a cup of frozen peas to the sauce.
