Finnish Kropser (Baked Pancakes) image

This is a tasty breakfast bar. Serve it with your favorite syrup. I found this recipe on the internet.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 1/4 flour
1/4 cup butter

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Stir together sugar, flour and salt; add eggs and milk. Beat with electric mixer until well blended. This will be a very thin batter. Melt butter in a baking dish. Make sure all sides of the pan are coated. Pour batter in the pan and bake for 30 minutes. It will puff then flatten when it gets cool. Serve in small squares.
