These rolls have a tendency to go quickly. They're packed with flavor and small enough that people forget calories and eat more than one!

Steps:
- 1. Melt together the mustard, sugar, margarine (or butter if you prefer) and poppy seeds.
- 2. Cut rolls in half with an electric or bread knife.
- 3. Remove tops and brush bottoms with some of the mustard mixture. Layer meat and cheeses, place tops back on rolls and brush tops with remaining mustard mixture.
- 4. Place on cookie sheet (still in pans) and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Best if served warm but they'll eat them cold too!
