Filipino Pork & Noodle Soup image

From Sam the Cooking Guy (LOVE him!) He says, "You know how those little Jewish grandmothers are famous for their chicken soup? The little Filipino grandmothers are no different - except it's pork. Which I suppose is considerably different when comparing to a Jewish soup - but it's easily as good!"

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed. The broth was bland and the noodles were overcooked.

The soup was good, but I found the broth to be a little too salty. Next time, I'll use less soy sauce.

This pork noodle soup was a hit with my family! The broth was flavorful and the pork was tender. I added some extra vegetables, like carrots and celery, to the soup and it turned out great.
