I was skeptical about the chocolate in the sauce, but it actually worked really well. It added a subtle sweetness and richness that really elevated the dish.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dish turned out great! The sauce was a little too sweet for my taste, so I added a bit of red wine vinegar to balance it out. Overall, I highly recommend this recipe.
