Steps:
- Stir together cream cheese and chili powder until smooth. Stir in onion, cilantro, chilies, olives and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well blended. Spread 1/3 cup of mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tightly, jelly roll fashion. Put tortillas, seam side down in individual Saran Wrap packages. Chill for 2 - 4 hours. Trim ends and cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces. Serve at room temperature with salsa.
