Fettuccini with Basil and Brie image

Tomatoes and basil together are a sure hit! Very flavorful. For cheese lovers, try a stronger Brie cheese, otherwise a medium blend will do. Great served warm or cold.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still very good. I would recommend using a lighter cheese, such as mozzarella, if you don't like rich dishes.
