Peas and dried cranberries turn that box of wild rice into a main player on the dinner plate!

1 (6 ounce) package uncooked wild rice
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
½ cup dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Microwave peas on high for 2 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Fold warm peas and cranberries into cooked rice.
