FESTIVE APPLE-CRANBERRY SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c. Real Mayo Mayonnasie
1/2 c. Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
1 each green and red apple, coarsely chopped
8 c. coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1 pkg. Tradional crumbled feta cheese
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • 1. Mix mayo and dressing until blended; toss with apples. Spoon into large straight-sided clear bowl; top with layers of all remaining ingredients except nuts. 2. Toss gently before serving; top with nuts. Or refrigerate until ready to serve, then toss and top with nuts.
