I'm not a big fan of beans, but I really enjoyed this feijoada. The beans were cooked perfectly and the flavors were very well-balanced. I especially liked the crispy farofa topping. This is a dish that I would definitely make again.

This feijoada was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I might have added too much salt when I was seasoning the meat. Next time, I'll be sure to taste the stew before adding any additional salt.

This feijoada was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The flavors were very complex and interesting, and the meat was very tender. I would recommend using less chili peppers if you don't like spicy food.
