- In a large stockpot, combine ground beef, corn, hominy, beans, chiles, and onion. In a blender, combine stewed tomatoes and gravy mixes. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Pour tomato mixture into stockpot. Cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
