Yield 8 4" pancakes

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup sifted flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tbsp oil

Steps:

  • Sift dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add dry ingredients to liquid Beat until smooth Bake in a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn once.
