Steps:
- 1. Cook raisins in water until only 1 cup liquid remains.
- 2. Add hot liquid to shortening. Set aside and let cool.
- 3. Beat eggs and sugar together. Stir in Shortening mixture. Blend in dry ingredients. Fold in raisins.
- 4. Spread in greased 10x15 cookie sheet with edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
- 5. Frost with powdered sugar frosting while still warm.
- 6. Cut into squares.
