- 1. Preheat oven to 400º Lightly oil each muffin cavity (or spray with cooking spray) Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl Add beer Mix well with wooden spoon Fill each muffin cavity 2/3 full Bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
