Farrah's Strawberry Angel Delight image

I actually created this by mistake. I was making another recipe but felt the filling was too bland. So I just started adding things and this is the end result. I luv it!. It was a big hit with my little sister (she is my guinea pig)Its a great show piece when layered in a glass bowl. ENJOY

This was a great way to use up some leftover angel food cake. The mousse was really easy to make and it came out perfectly. I loved the combination of flavors and textures.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just because I used a sweeter type of strawberry. I would definitely make this again, but I would use a less sweet strawberry next time.

I'm not a big fan of strawberries, but I really enjoyed this dessert. The mousse was so smooth and creamy, and the angel food cake was the perfect base. I'll definitely be making this again, even without the strawberries.
