Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pound farfalle, or other short pasta
1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon fillet
Coarse salt and ground pepper
Juice and finely grated zest of 2 lemons
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, defrosted
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint, plus more for serving

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water; return pasta to pot.
  • Meanwhile, season salmon with salt and pepper, and place in a medium skillet. Add 1/4 cup water and lemon juice and zest. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and let steam for 10 minutes.
  • Add peas, and continue to steam, covered, until peas are tender and salmon is opaque throughout, 2 to 3 minutes more.
  • Slide entire contents of skillet onto pasta; add butter and mint. Season with salt and pepper. Toss carefully to combine, gently breaking salmon into large flakes. Add reserved pasta water as necessary to smooth sauce. Serve immediately, sprinkled with additional mint, if desired.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover salmon. I had some leftover grilled salmon and I made this dish with it. It turned out great and my family loved it.

I'm always looking for new ways to cook salmon and this recipe is a great one. The mint adds a unique flavor that really complements the salmon. I'll definitely be making this again.

This dish is perfect for a light and healthy meal. The salmon is a great source of protein and the peas are a good source of fiber. I also like that the recipe is low in calories.

I'm not a big fan of mint, so I omitted it from the recipe. I also used frozen peas instead of fresh peas. The dish turned out great and my family loved it.

This recipe was a bit too time-consuming for me. I think it would be better suited for a weekend meal when I have more time to cook.

I had some trouble getting the salmon to cook evenly. The outside was cooked perfectly, but the inside was still a bit raw. I think I would have been better off baking the salmon instead of pan-frying it.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I think it needed more seasoning. I added some garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the sauce and it really improved the flavor.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The sauce was very creamy and the salmon was a bit oily. I think I would have preferred it if the sauce was lighter and the salmon was grilled instead of pan-fried.

I love how versatile this recipe is. I've made it with different types of fish, such as cod and tilapia, and it's always delicious. I also like to add different vegetables, such as broccoli or asparagus. This is a great recipe to have in your back po

This recipe was easy to follow and turned out great! I used frozen peas and they worked just fine. I also added a bit of lemon zest to the sauce, which really brightened up the flavor. This is definitely going into my regular rotation.

I'm not usually a fan of fish, but this dish changed my mind. The salmon was cooked perfectly and flaked beautifully. The sauce was light and flavorful, and the peas added a nice sweetness. I'll definitely be making this again!

This farfalle with salmon, mint, and peas was an absolute delight! The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the mint adding a refreshing touch to the rich salmon and creamy sauce. The peas brought a nice pop of color and texture. I highly recommend
