I've tried this recipe with different types of chicken and it always turns out great. I've used boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thighs, and even a whole chicken.

This recipe was a disaster! The chicken was overcooked and the sauce was bland. I won't be making this again.

The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious. I'll try brining the chicken next time to see if that helps.
