Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In Saucepan add water, salt and corn meal. Bring to a boil until it thickens. Remove from heat and add milk and butter to incorporate. In a separate bowl beat eggs until smooth and pale. Add eggs to corn meal mixture and mix to incorporate until smooth. Quickly stir in baking powder and pour into casserole dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until firm.
