FAKE FUDGE
My neighbor taught me how to make this. She has been making it for years and people are always asking her for it. I have butterscotch chips down as the ingredient but any kind of chips work, chocolate melt faster.

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl
- 2. Cook on high for one minute
- 3. Stir cook for 15 seconds stir repeat until it thickens careful not to let it boil or it will taste scorched.
- 4. spread into 8 in square pan place in the fridge for at least an hour over night works best. A slightly damp spatula works best to spread.
- 5. Cut to serve, store in fridge.
