1 bag (8 oz) animal crackers
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 pint (1 cup) fresh blackberries
1/2 pint (1 cup) fresh raspberries
1/2 pint (1 cup) fresh blueberries
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 tablespoon orange juice

Steps:

Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.

  • Arrange berries on chilled filling. In small microwavable bowl, microwave jam uncovered on High about 20 seconds or until warm. Stir in orange juice; mix well with fork. Brush strawberry glaze over berries.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my tart didn't come out as good as the pictures. I think I overbaked it.

I didn't have any fresh berries, so I used frozen berries. The tart was still delicious, but the berries were a little mushy.
