My family loves this buttery sauce over green beans, whether they're garden fresh or frozen. Another greeny option: Try sugar snap peas. -Lori Daniels, Beverly, West Virginia

These green beans were a nice change from the usual steamed or roasted green beans. I liked the addition of the bacon and almonds.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my green beans turned out mushy. I think I might have cooked them for too long.

I would have liked this recipe more if the green beans had been cooked a little bit longer. They were still a little crunchy for my taste.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The green beans were cooked well, but the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking.

These green beans were a little bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had added some more seasoning or maybe even a different sauce.

I've made this recipe several times now and it's always a hit. The green beans are always cooked perfectly and the sauce is delicious. I like to add a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder to the sauce for extra flavor.
