This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by reducing the amount of berbere spice. The beef was tender and the sauce was flavorful.

The beef was a bit dry, but the sauce was amazing. I think I'll try cooking the beef for a shorter amount of time next time.

Fantastic recipe! The beef was meltingly tender and the flavors were out of this world. I especially loved the subtle heat from the berbere spice blend. I served it with injera bread and it was the perfect accompaniment.
