Steps:
- Boil the potatoes, eggs and beets. Make sure the beets are boiled in a separate pot. Cut in cubes as you would for a potato salad and mix. Add the mayonaise, salt and onions. The amount of mayonaise can vary according to personal preference. Mix well. Garnish with the chopped cilantro.
