2 tablespoons melted margarine
1/2 cup ground almonds
5 whole matzohs
1/2 cup apple juice
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup diced dried apricot
1 cup whole almond
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup margarine, melted

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • grease an 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle with ground almonds.
  • crumble matzoh in a large bowl.
  • add apple juice, eggs, and remaining ingredients, mix well.
  • pour into baking dish, bake for 40-50 minutes until firm and brown.
